“Unser Urlaub in Villa war rundum perfekt: Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig und doch fußläufig zum Ort sowie zu den traumhaften Buchten. Pool und gepflegter Garten luden jederzeit zum Entspannen ein. Die Villa selbst ist top‑modern ausgestattet, alles funktionierte tadellos und war sauber. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die kleine Einfahrt für den Mietwagen und die große Terrasse mit ausfahrbarer Markise. Wir haben uns völlig ungestört gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen”

“Apartment 1 was more than we could have hoped for. It was an easy check in and once we arrived the apartment was equipped with every amenity that you could need, like a home away from home. There are beach towels and a cool box for trips out. Each room is ensuite, with a kitchen/dinning/living room. The balcony is huge with a hot tub, sun loungers, bar area, seating area and table tennis. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back ”

“Fint välskött hus med härlig havsutsikt praktiskt taget på stranden. Klippor rakt nedanför huset men en fin liten sandstrand för bad bara några steg bort. Större stränder också inom gångavstånd. Liten supermarket och en restaurang i kvarteret. Bra kontakt med värden Carol och lokala fastighetsskötaren Sylke gjorde vår vistelse smidig och enkel. Stort hus med bra utrymmen för två familjer. Vi var 9 personer som alla bodde bekvämt. Bra grill (kol) och sällskapsytor utomhus. Vi kommer gärna……

“The villa is in a perfect location, 10 min walk down to Nissi beach and other beaches. It's about a 30 min walk into Ayia Napa centre but a nice walk. The pool was freezing but it was December. But the pool area and outside was clean and tidy. Would have been a mega location in summer time. Amenities in the villa was great, pool table for the kids and Netflix was a bonus. Also the wifi was great 2 families logged on and not one buffer. The kitchen could have done with just a few more handy……

“As a family of four this Villa hit all of our buttons and did disappoint. It was the perfect size and had wonderful amenities that made our stay a wonderful experience. The place was very well maintained. The only negative would be finding the villa per the directions - they state it’s in Complex A but there’s no such thing as this and it’s actually Phase 1. But apart from that mishap we had a wonderful time and everything was close by in terms of beaches and restaurants.”

“Villa is modern and well equipped although the bedrooms are small, adequate for us as a couple, or perhaps a small family but two couples would be cramped. The photos don't show that there is now a street of villas directly behind, which are almost finished and several of which will have a clear view of the pool, garden and into all rooms at the rear of the villa unless the blinds are closed! Also the low walls between villas means there is very little privacy from the villas either side, and……

“We stayed in Villa Elite in July. The photos don’t do the property justice; it is much bigger than the pictures show with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Vast grounds and stunning views. Secluded but not totally isolated. Being set back in the hills, there was a gorgeous breeze while lazing around the pool in the hot temperatures. Car hire recommended. It’s about a 5 min drive to Protaras Beach, but too far to walk due to the hill and heat. Highly recommend!”

“This villa is just perfect for a relaxing holiday with everything you need and more. We received a lovely welcome from the owner who’s communication was brilliant from the minute we booked. Extra touches like the wine & foods when we arrived were very kind. We loved the pool & garden area which has a lovely bbq and plenty of seating areas to just sit back & chill. Thank you for a luxurious couple of weeks we all can’t wait to come back to your amazing villa - wish you & your family the best Sue……
