「Pool was wonderful, staff was friendly. A bathing suit was missing from my drawer after returning from in town I wouldn't mentioned it to staff but it's irreplaceable and felt violating so I did. They were nice but of course I left PR without it. Also if you get a room by the pool you will hear very very loud music into the night early morning. It was fine for us as we didn't mind but someone might it was like a stereo in the room on full blast.」

「We very much enjoyed our stay at Copamarina. The hotel installations are beautiful, staff are warm and friendly, food was great. We did not use the pool but we did spend time at the beach and went to a snorkel excursion - it was great. 」

"The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses."
