"There several key issues that having been aware of these I would not have booked this property. For clarity, I stayed in economy no. 2. Firstly, it was not straightforward to get the code to access the property. Having called the number as requested I was told to message, having already done so that morning without receiving a response. Several messages later I was able to get access to the room. "A lovely and very historic converted convent. All amenities provided and a great breakfast in lovely surroundings. In the old town close to all shops and restaurants etc. "
