"The staff are generally amazing. Our Butlers Linda was exceptional. Eduardo was scheduled to work less but was good. Disappointed after 4 days the butlers rotated and we were assigned new ones. Food was good to great for the most part. Carlos drink server at Main Pool Grand Palladium was awesome. TRS Pool server not particularly good. Some guys there were really nice but were not our server so that was a need improvement area. Overall the property is lovely. We were with a large group and some had various complaints with rooms. One family I meant were dissatisfied with requested items not being delivered to rooms. That said for us it was really nice overall great staff the golf carts transports were generally reasonable wait times. Bed was hard. Some nice entertainment."

"We recently stayed at this resort and were impressed by how beautiful and clean everything was. The rooms were updated, modern, and spotless. The pools were just as lovely—sleek, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The food was absolutely amazing with plenty of delicious options. We traveled with small children, and while they enjoyed themselves, there weren’t many activities geared toward kids. This is definitely more of a place to relax and unwind rather than a destination packed with entertainment. The only downside was the tipping situation. Even though it’s an all-inclusive resort, the staff would bring you a bill after ordering food for you to sign and would strongly encourage tipping based on inflated prices shown on the bill. While tipping is appreciated in Mexico, it felt a bit pushy and higher than expected. Overall, it’s a great spot for couples or adults looking to relax in a clean, modern, and peaceful setting, but not ideal for families seeking a lot of activities. "
