“The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list.”

“My initial impression of the resort was not the best. I felt as if we were a bother to the lobby bar bartenders. We hung out in the lobby while waiting for the rest of our party. The bartenders were not friendly and would look away as we approached for refills. Like I said initial impression was not the best. HOWEVER, after that it was all smooth sailing and good times were had. Our server at Dan Paz, Ruben, was the absolute best! Almost as if we were hanging out at a family members home. The……

“The only thing I missed were the calm waters of North beach but a 2 minute walk around the corner or straight up the little alleyway solves that problem. ”

But the location is amazing, the view and beach was amazing. Probably the most beautiful location I’ve ever stayed, unfortunately the hotel is ok.”

“This was a completely perfect couple experience. Everything was taken care of and the service was exceptional. Only couples made it quiet and intimate. If you wanted to socialize you could if not no worries there was space to be to your self. The Food was delicious and the healthy vegan portion of every restaurant menu was a good option at times.
