「The property and staff were amazing! This was our first time at an all inclusive. We opted for the excellence club level, but I don’t think it was necessary for our short stay (3 nights), all of the different options for dining were wonderful. We ended up spending most of our time at the main pool and our server Betsy was INCREDIBLE! We love her and she was so attentive. We can’t wait to return!」

「Isla Mujeres is a beautiful location with a very small selection. Hotel is right across the beach which makes it very convenient. Please be aware of the following when booking- room was booked through Expedia, room type and image was seen in expedia. When arriving at the Hotel we were put in to rooms that looked run down - which we were ok with as I had reading the reviews and I was more about the location. Everything from the bathroom, to the mattress and bed was awful. Lights not working...

「Amazing staff that made our stay feel so welcome and comfortable. Small and family owned. Everyone knew your name on the first day. Completely different from every other stay in Cancun. Like being in Cancun decades ago, before the massive resort developments. So relaxing. So peaceful.」

「The spa wasnt open , the restaurant wasnt open . Both showers leaked , But , overall very nice and quiet . The A.C. worked good .」

「The mint was a good deal for the price. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The only thing that would make me not choose to stay there again would be the lack of hot water in the showers. Some people said to let it run for a while and it would get hot, but that never happened in my room. Besides for that it was a great stay.」

「Property was in very good condition. Recently opened in December, the property still was in excellent condition. However, the amenities such as access to the pools was very disappointing. They closed at 6 pm (lazy river), 8 pm for main pools. Outdoor bars also closed very early, earlier than the pools. Also location of the resort was not ideal. Very windy and choppy water. No one was at the beach. Locals said this is typical for the location.」

「The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The property was amazing. Staff were so nice. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because 2 restaurants, a taqueria, a pool bar, and a roof-top pool bar were advertised, and only 1 of the restaurants and the main pool bar were open/available while we were there. It was our first time doing an all-inclusive package, and neither of us drink alcohol. So between the limited food choices and the fact that we don’t drink, I felt like we wasted some money in...
