Clean rooms, friendly staff, small but ok pool, good parking. Worst problem was our party had 3 rooms 215, 315 and 415 and water temperatures fluctuated so badly none of us could shower without getti g burned by too hot water... it could not be regulated at all

Stayed for 5 nights with my partner and 2 children. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. The pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is great and the location to everything is super convenient. This hotel is in a more peaceful area of cento. We will be back again.

Ocean facing rooms are amazing and worth booking. Fresh air, sound of waves all day and night. Very clean building and rooms, rooms are very large and spacious but could use better seating or a couch. Bathrooms are great with nice walk in style shower.

Good Hotel/ Really Bad Housekeeping We kinda liked the spacious rooms, and location but the housekeeping was so below par that it ruined our overall experience. The housekeeping staff was a lady named Bertha ( I saw her name on the envelope to place tips). First day : Left her a USD 5 tip and of course that was not enough for her. After that she just stopped cleaning the room properly. The toilet was dirty, rooms were full of dust, she did not changed the sheets or pillow cases. Thus completely turned this more than decent hotel into a roadside rundown hotel experience for us. I would stay away from this property unless they really invest into better housekeeping staff. I am not alone, I did read some reviews from previous guests but took my chances and I regret it now.

The only good thing about the room was the view of the ocean from the balcony. When we first arrived in the room we noticed the floor was gritty with sand and some crumbs by the fridge. There is a light above the front door that is on a motion sensor so it comes on in the middle of the night anytime we got up to use the bathroom. There is wiring visible above the bedside tables that is just twisted and hanging there like a fire hazard. Then the final insult was we asked for 2 bottles of water on the last day because we had not gotten them from housekeeping the day before and we were told we would be charged for them since it was check out day. Would not recommend to anyone.

The rooms and common areas were spotless and housekeeping came in every day to make beds, replenish towels and etc. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating when booking taxis and if we asked for anything. The location is fantastic and the pool is awesome!

My family had an incredible time staying at The Mint! Spacious rooms that are clean with comfy beds and air conditioning. The beautiful infinity pool looks onto the ocean, and the area is lively but quiet. Staff were kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Our one night stay was great at Mint Hotel. We booked ahead of time and all the fees explained in Expedia were respected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great and the view from our balcony was great. We will com back if god permits it.
