“While most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming, our experience at the steakhouse on November 10, 2024, was disappointing. Some staff, particularly an older female server and a curly-haired male server, were rude and impatient. When one friend briefly left for the restroom, the older female server refused to take our order, insisting we wait for them to return. “When we initially walked toward the building, the side entrance leading towards the mural threw us off. Mainly curb appeal but, you'll forget all about it when you get to the main entrance. The lobby and hallways are spotless and smell clean. The beach view from our room was amazing. The staff was fantastic. Loved Vanessa, Angel and Carmen. The bar area had awesome drinks. We noticed that the room sheets and bed cover were not clean but, the front desk was extremely attentive to anything needed.……
