Great AC. The room was decent but the bathroom was not great. Large area of tile missing in the shower. The toilet seat was obviously too small for the toilet. It was aligned on one edge of the rim and an inch too short on the other. When you sat down, it slipped to the side. My husband tightened it multiple times as it was loose. I did report it but instead of replacing it, they just tightened it again. The glass in the shower hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival and the balcony was full of pigeon poop. It was eventually cleaned on day 5 and beyond of our 9 day stay. The staff was nice. My Spanish is not great and some staff didn’t understand English but we seemed to understand each other. Romy the bartender/waiter was EXCELLENT!!! The location was EXCELLENT, right across from the beach. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.

I would recommend staying there it’s across from the beach has a restaurant on property. Rooms were clean pool area was nice with lots of tables to sit at and lounge chairs . Pool was clean . On negative side no elevator and it’s a 3 story hotel. And although each room had a balcony the 3 rd floor room balcony was cover in pegion dirt and you could not sit out on it. But over all I would definitely stay there again .

Have stayed at the Posada several times over the years. Staff was great and the location is awesome. So close to everything and a great view. We had a group of 20 from 12 to 80 years old and everyone enjoyed themselves. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed for 4 nights in early March. The room had a weird water leak on the floor. We had to have a towel on the floor all of the time to keep some what dry. When taking a shower the entire bathroom floor would be covered in water due to the way the shower was set up. Room was kept very clean. Minimal contact with staff. Overall okay stay for the price.

Great location. 2 minutes from Playa Norte. You can walk to everything you need. Restaurants all around. The pool is not the best. Looked dirty but who wants to use the pool when yhe beach is across the street. The man with the little souvenir store rents beach chairs or umbrellas for 8 dollars. Wort it if you are planing to stay at the beach all day. When we got there the front desk lady was rude. She had an attitude and was short with us.. I went and talk to an older lady that was there she was nice and gave us the wifi passcode and told us where the pool was and that we could use towels. Anyways will stay there again just because of location and price.

This place was PERFECTLY located. We got a room on the first floor, so when you open your sliding door out to your little porch you’re right in front of the pool, then right across the street is the actual beach. Absolutely perfect! The rooms are run down a bit but I know salt water does that to properties. Will definitely stay here again!

The location is wonderful, but the overall experience was odd and disappointing. Wi-Fi was only reliable near the lobby or restaurant, so I often had to sit outside my room on the porch just to connect. The outdoor lights stayed on constantly, which made it feel like being under a spotlight at night and made it hard to tell the time of day. The shower pressure was extremely strong while the sink barely ran, and there was no rack to hang towels even though they left piles of them daily. One day what appeared to be dirty laundry was left in the middle of my porch where I had to sit to get Wi-Fi. The safe in my room didn’t work and staff didn’t address it, which made me uncomfortable having housekeeping come in. The TV also barely worked and mostly showed static. The location is great, but the stay felt disorganized and unreliable. Honestly, I felt like I might have had a better experience staying at a nearby hostel.

This hotel is right across the street from a beautiful and very nice beach. The location was great and central, within walking distance to many restaurants, town and 4 blocks from the ferry. The pool was nice to sit around and soak up some sun and island vibes. The hotel is older and not fancy, but clean and welcoming, not a polished resort.
