A luxury gated turnkey villa with 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms in the much sought-after area of “Punta Sur”. This amazing home is close to many restaurants and beach clubs.

Overlooking the bay of Cancun on the island of Isla Mujeres. This beautifully designed fully gated home has lush landscaped gardens & a private pool.

There is an outside dining area under a hand-crafted pergola.

There is a secluded shaded area at the end of the garden to relax on warm afternoons.

Restful and Adventurous

We had a great time staying at Casa Palmas. Very good location on the island and directly across the street froma wonderful taco restaurant. A coffee bus is maybe 4 blks. north of the house. For New Yorkers these 2 things are important. We found very good food on Isla Muheures. The host, Laura, was always available to us by phone and the house was laid out well. My husband and I would enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony of our Iupstairs bedroom which also offered a wonderful view of the water and distant Cancun.

Location was great!

This house on the south end of the island had a wonderful location. Across the street was a fantastic taco bar and small grocery. There was even a juice/smoothie stand in front of the house which made excellent fruit drinks. Within walking distance were more restaurants. Punta Sur was also within walking distance. Laura, the property manager, was excellent! Check in was effortless and she responded very quickly to texts. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants, beach clubs, etc. The entire house was as pictured. The pool was great and was cleaned regularly. We stayed for 10 days and housekeeping did an excellent job during that time. Our group loved to cook and while the kitchen was not a "cook's kitchen" it would be fine for breakfasts and quick dinners.

Awesome location!!

We loved Casa Las Palmas for our family vacation. Wonderful property management and gorgeous house. Ideal location for us away from crowds but easy to travel to and from downtown. Terrific snorkeling and ocean views a few minutes away. Great live music and food close by.

A Home Away From Home on Isla Mujeres

My family had a wonderful five night stay here. The location was perfect for us. We were within walking distance to several great restaurants and beach clubs but still far enough away from the busier and noisier areas of the island. A convenient store across the street was very useful as well as a coffee van just to the north of us. We made daily use of our private pool and the house stayed plenty cool on the hot island days. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and would love to travel here again!

Great house and great location!

Although the house is very close to the adjacent properties, the beautiful landscaping provided a lovely front courtyard and a private backyard. The sound of the pool's waterfall and the ocean breeze rustling through the leaves made the outdoor dining area very relaxing. The roof top deck was perfect for admiring the beauty of God's creation- ocean-view, the morning sunrise, and sunset. The interior was very clean and spacious with lots of storage in the bedrooms. The bathrooms were great with large walk in showers and plenty vanity space. The kitchen needed a few more cooking accessories. We struggled with cooking for a large family and couldn't figure out how to work the oven for a few days. The kitchen faucet did not have much water pressure but the bathrooms were fine. The property manager was very responsive during our stay. She left us a fresh bouquet of flowers and several large bottles of water.

Hidden Gem

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the amenities. It was great communication with property manager that took away lots of stress of traveling. Highly recommend and would stay again.
