“I stayed here five nights because I wanted to be close to the excitement of the island and centrally located to catch sunrises on the Caribbean Coast and also have a quick walk to the beaches. It was perfect for all that, and I personally never minded the five-minute walks to the beaches, and no matter which way you went there were things to see along the way. My room was in the front, and as advertised, it will be loud in the evenings! El Patio is directly across the street. I actually enjoyed……

“This hotel is wonderful. So cute and homey with a beautiful garden and great beach. The rooms are large and have good air conditioning. The hotel includes a hearty and tasty breakfast at Loretta’s Restaurant and Beach resort and access to their beach. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The beach has nice sand, good swimming area, snorkels and kayaks. The food there is excellent. We did not even go anywhere else during our 5 day stay! It is within walking distance of Punta Sur and many……

“Don’t waste your money or your valuable vacation time on this hotel. The service was terrible! The woman checking people in couldn’t speak any English and upon arrival their credit card machine wasn’t working. It took us over 45 minutes waiting for her to troubleshoot the problem before she let us into the room. She also requested a deposit of $1000 in pesos or some form of identification to keep throughout our stay. We had just arrived and hadn’t obtained funds, so I was forced to give her my……

“This resort was definitely worth the money! Food was fantastic, the drinks were perfect, and the property was absolutely what you want for relaxing getaway. We have stayed on the island at times, but this was the first time at this resort, we did not feel like we had to leave this resort because everything we wanted was provided.”

“The property itself needed so much more maintenance. The room was definitely not as advertised . The shower head was so bad like the whole floor would get wet. The hot tub was dirty and throughout our whole stay not once did housekeeping went to the room. We had trash for days in the restroom. Mind u this was a 5 day stay so u can imagine how much trash there was . Definitely u get what u pay for but as for me we wont return unfortunately although i loved the area it was in.”
