Kurz vor der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt dass der Pool nicht verfügbar ist weil er gerade renoviert wird. Als Wiedergutmachung wurde uns ein Zimmer Upgrade, kostenlose Liegen mit Sonnenschirm am Strand und Late-Checkout angeboten. Soweit so gut. Am nächsten Tag war der Strand gesperrt wegen einer „Inspektion durch das Amt“, also keine Liegen mit Sonnenschirm am Strand. Wir haben uns dann für 450 Pesos an einem anderen Strandabschnitt zwei Liegen mit Sonnenschirm gemietet. Als Kompensationen gab es vom Hotel kostenlose Margaritas für uns… auch noch akzeptabel. Am dritten Tag wurde uns mitgeteilt dass dem Hotel jetzt verboten wurde Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand für die Gäste aufzustellen. Als ich nach Kompensation für die restlichen Tage fragte, teilte mir der Manager erst mit, dass er leider nichts für uns tun kann… wir könnten ja canceln… Ich bat ihn nochmal darüber nachzudenken und mit seiner Direktion zu besprechen in welcher Art dies kompensiert werden könnte. Wir bekamen dann einen Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein aufs Zimmer Geste und für den letzten Tag ein kostenloses Continentales Frühstück. Der Manager und das Personal waren stets sehr freundlich und bemüht (daher auch zwei Sterne), aber die ganze Situation war für uns mehr als unzufrieden. Die Direktion des Hotels nimmt billigend in Kauf, dass die Gäste verärgert sind (wir waren nicht die einzigen) und unterstützt das lokale Management in keinster Weise!!! Daher leider keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel!!!

Booked this hotel with a swimming pool because two children were coming with us. Day before I was able to cancel the trip and not be fined they sent an email saying the pool was being worked on and would open back up two days after we arrived (06/26/25). Thought that would be fine we could spend the first two days on the beach and make use of the chairs and umbrella the hotel provided. First 2 days there they set up chairs but we had to wait over 2 hrs before we got an umbrella because they were busy taking care of “paying” customers coming off the ferry. Complained.., it was taken care of. The day after we arrived we were told the pool won’t be open until 07/04/25 (we left on the 5th) Then we were told the 07/16.,. I don’t think that pool was ready to open for with some time. Just wish I wasn’t lied too. I would have cancelled and booked somewhere else. I won’t make the mistake of staying here again. I’ve stayed here several times and this was the worst customer service experience I have received. The man (Eric) who cleaned my room did a great job!

I didnt have enough hot water .they really didnt clean the room good. The pool was down the whole time . They said it would be open by the 6th. And the patios need to be clean full of bird poo.

Para empezar, el día que llegamos nos informaron que no funcionaba la alberca, deben indicarlo desde que uno reserva, en la habitación que nos asignaron habían 2 cucarachas, la chica de recepción dijo que en todos los hoteles había cucarachas y yo que ?? Esa era su disculpa? nos cambiaron de habitación, ya no pudimos cambiarnos de hotel. Tampoco asearon diario, la vdd NO vuelvo a hospedarme ahi.

This property is directly across the street from one of the main beaches.(this is the main reason I stay here.) Restaurant on the property is good with reasonable prices. It closes at 4 pm. But other very good restaurants are within walking distance for evening meals. Bar provides a nice view of the beach while you relax. All the staff is helpful and friendly.

Days before my trip I received an email saying the pool was going to be under maintenance during my stay but would be available 3 days before my check out. That never happened. The kids were very disappointed about it. The hotel is very well located and it’s convenient. The staff is very friendly i wish the hotel just had the pool ready to use.
