“Staff was great, room was large and roomy with a full fridge, nice gazebo in the back with grills, a pool, hot tub and breakfast was decent. Will stay there ago!”

“Clean rooms, the lobby smelled a bit like smoke. But the rooms did not. It was very nice.”

“This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.”

“The picture did not add up to what we got, we thought we were staying in the tower and didnt even see a separate hotel attached, and we got there and I thought we were gonna have this big great view and we were disappointed.”

“Everything was excellent starting from check in to checkout. Breakfast was amazing especially coffee!!! Staffs were very helpful and supportive during the stay!”

“Not enough towels provided. There is a post note in the bathroom suggesting to hang your towels. To save water. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was minimal. Everything seemed condensed. No coffee maker in the rooms. Probably won’t stay there again. Also trying to figure out what an additional charge for $44.00 was? Desk clerk said not to worry it’s nothing. Well it’s on my credit card.”

“The room was too small especially when sofa bed was extended: there was barely any room to navigate or out our luggages. Toilet paper and Kleenex ran out during our stay. The frying pan was in terrible shape. ”

“Great location! A little dated and do not recommend room 109 as it was so noisy all day and night. Didn't really encounter staff except at check in but he was nice. Breakfast is very basic. If you come here for a great location and simple bed for rest, you will enjoy.”

“The condo checked all our boxes: small beachfront walk, grocery store & nice restaurant nearby, parking convenient & bed was fabulous. My spouse wanted to say that grab bars in the shower should be installed & non-slip tub mat available. I also like instructions on how to make TV easier to operate. Thanks.”
