「We recently stayed at the Element Hotel in Wilmington, NC and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful with a modern design and stylish furnishings that create a clean, comfortable atmosphere. Our room was well-appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and the in-room kitchen was a great feature. Having filtered water available was also a nice bonus.
The front desk staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and daily interactions enjoyable.

「Overbooked the room we requested since we have kids we needed two beds . Once we got to our room we had to use the pullout sofa that they also failed to provide the bedding for . No WiFi . Didn’t mention the pool was shutdown due to resurfacing which is a long period so it should’ve been noted in the booking . 」
