「The temperature of the bathroom water was too hot. Pool water was hot. The room telephone was not working. I was low rate that i was expected. Too much noise. I heard everything from our neighbors.」

「Buen servicio, comida rica a buen precio, personal amable. Lo unico malo es que no tenian prendido la caldera de la alberca y eso afecto mucho la experencia con los niños. Se les dijo y los 4 días de nuestra estancia no la encendieron. Una lastima, por que ese fue el principal motivo de hospedarnos ahi, la alberca calefactada.」

「Hotel is new. The manager wont open up higher floors unless the first 3 floor are full. Parts of the hotel are not finished,. Room was well used in the bathroom for a new hotel. Looked tired already. Shower leaked into the toilet area」

「Not a bad word to say about The Palms. Looked just like the pictures, was very clean and the staff were great. We got the Superior Ocean view room and got exactly what we were hoping for. Amazing view & big balcony area. Room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen sink, and even a dehumidifier which was awesome. I do wish they had a toaster in the rooms as well but that’s minor. You can very much hear the waves from the ocean all night in the room but that didn’t bother us. The pool &...

「La habitación olía muy feo, la taza del baño tenía fuga y hacia mucho ruido la vista desde mi ventana eran tuberías y la ventana de otro cuarto, el desayuno no estaba bueno aveces salado aveces desabrido! Lo k puedo salvar es el personal todos super lindos y atentos tratando de solucionar nuestros problemas a y la alberca muy Agusto y calientita!」

「I have never in my life of travel experienced a staff as friendly and accommodating as the staff at the Ave Inn Hotel. If I could give them 10 stars I would. After I casually mentioned it was my wife's birthday, the staff bought her a birthday present. The hotel common areas and rooms were very, very, clean and attractive. Breakfast was reasonably priced and cooked to order by the chef on the spot. No reheating or stale items here. The beach is a short walk away we will return.」

「Overall stay was good. The only problem was that we had to get up and find a waiter to bring us drinks to the pool area.」

「The beach view was amazing, great location, within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. The rooms were dated. Very small bathroom, no place to put toiletries. Air conditioner leaked. Unable to open up the closet all the way because the bed was too close. If you're looking to stay outside, enjoy the beach, and local shops, would highly recommend this hotel. If you plan to spend any time in the room, would not recommend this hotel.」

「The 2 positives for this property are its extremely kind and caring staff plus the cleanliness. However, the property is 'tired' and needs remodeling; the noise level is constant from early morning salsa classes with groups arriving from cruise ships to blasting beach bands all afternoon into early evening, there is no quiet, anywhere. The pool is very busy and there is no beach sitting. The food is just satisfactory and thankfully there are many very good restaurants within walking distance....
