「beautiful」

「The flat was in a lovely location about a 15 minute very pleasant walk from the town centre. It had a lot going for it - the bedrooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. It is light and quiet. The kitchen area is well equipped and the bathroom newly refurbished. Everything was clean and the property, although up 15 stairs, was easy to access. It was also great to have a dedicated parking space.Things that could have been better for us - we found the living area very cramped and the seating...

「the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable. however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. 」

「We stayed at this listing in another loft in 2024. It was an excellent stay. We chose this listing for our three week stay in 2025 based on the condition of the listings offered, the prompt and complete communication by the host, and the fact that we like the area. It has many restaurants, both fine and casual dining. It is a decent walk or a short bus ride to the Grand Arcade and the colleges. We would stay here again.」

「Clean, comfortable well presented room. No food facilities on site but a microwave, kettle and toaster was provided. All crockery and cutlery was available together with a decently sized kitchen sink. The en-suite was adequate with an electric shower, toilet and sink. We will stay at the Falcons Nest next time we are in the area. 」
