“De omgeving van de cabin is prachtig. Heel rustig, super groen en je kan er prachtige wandelingen maken. In Dalavich zit een schattig mini winkeltje waar je ook heerlijke koffie kan drinken en lunch en pizza kan eten. De cabin viel echter wat tegen, de matrassen waren ontzettend hard en oncomfortabel. De wc en badkamer waren helaas niet heel schoon en er hing een onfrisse geur in de cabin. We hebben al vaker in dit soort cabins geslapen, maar deze was toch minder dan dat we verwacht hadden. De……

“My party stayed at the other side of Loch Awe a couple of years ago and were keen to return to the area. Decided on Dalavich after driving past the village previously. The cabin is in a great location with amazing views. Not too far from the loch. The cabin was clean and functional. Great size for the 4 of us. Measures taken due to Covid19 and instructions clear in cabin. Had the most amazing weather! Come to Scotland at least once a year and never had weather as good! The aircon is a great……

“Had a great stay at lochside lodge. Fantastic views .Would bring all your needs as long single track road in and no welcome pack. Purely because of location it would have been a nice touch to have a welcome pack. Overall a good weekend.”

“What an amazing corner of the world. Very remote, peaceful and quiet. The hiking was wonderful. The cabin had everything we needed once we had our kitchen stocked with food. My only advice is that it would be nice to know before arrival that the nearest grocery store is 90 minutes away. We could have shopped ahead of time and saved a 3 hour round trip to Oban. Thank you Allan for a clean modern cabin for 9 days.....”

“We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house is nice and comfortable, the hotpot super. The location is very beautyfull - when you love calm and nature. Not easy without a car, the next smal shop is a 0.5 h drive away.”

“Amazing location, just as described! Incredible views from the comfortable cabin and everything we needed. Including excellent WiFi which was a must for us with a child with special needs. Walks into the forest straight from your door and facilities such as a shop/cafe and restaurant within a short walking distance. Can highly recommend the Kilchrenan inn as well, a short drive away for a special meal. Great food and kid friendly. We miss waking up to the Loch on our doorstep, made for a lovely……

“Absolutely stunning location. Beautiful loch, lots of nice walks nearby. The pub on the site serves great food, fresh fish. Little shop with essentials very handy…. They also make a good iced latte.”

“This was our first time on Tiree. It was fantastic with our accommodation being straight onto the beach and staying in something a little bit different - think glamping. The pod is compact but was perfect for our 5 night stay. It was clean and well equiped. Kirkapol beach which is across the road is amazing and our dog loved walking on it several times a day! The coop which is well stocked is only 5 mins drive away and we really enjoyed a few meals in the Reef Inn about a 10-15 drive away. There……

“Lovely setting , Rowan Cafe was lovely and the staff were great. There is no food currently been served in the grill bar which is a shame but the bar was lovely was cosy. We had a few issues with the cabin but nothing to spoil our holiday.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very roomy and comfortable. The beds were extrememly comfortable and we loved hanging out in the living room area watching the storms outside. The view is gorgeous. It was really nice having a washer and dryer and also being able to turn the heater on as needed. The only issue we had was with the kitchen stove. It worked great the first couple days but ran out of propane. After we changed it, it had issues until we left. Hopefully the host will get……
