Great location and clean. More spacious than many places in Scotland for hotel stays. However, breakfast is very expensive for what you get and I did have a broken shower drain that caused a bit of bathroom flooding, however they said it would be fixed before the next guest used the room.

Whole hotel was spotless Hotel is on 3 levels although no lift but no great issue Had breakfast one day plenty on offer and all freshly cooked buffet style. There is an additional charge Hotel is very central and town centre is easily walkable Didn’t use the bar facilities. Car park is at rear and charges £10 per day Would recommend

We ended up having a studio suite located on exterior of the property. It was very clean, washer/dryer combo we didn’t expect, and an overly large bathroom. The suite was good to relax. Everything looked like photos.
