Welcome to your studio Isle of Palms vacation rental, a bright and beachy first floor condo just a short walk to the sand. Tucked into Ocean Inn, this sunny space is perfect for a laid back getaway where you can keep things simple and enjoy everything the island has to offer.
Styled with a fun coastal feel, this studio has an easy, relaxed vibe that makes it feel like vacation right away. The king bed is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, and the queen sleeper sofa gives a flexible option for extra guests. The bathroom is positioned between the two spaces for a little added privacy.
Step outside to your outdoor sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee or wind down in the evening. From here, you are just a short walk to the beach, plus close to the pool, grill area, and laundry. You can also walk to local restaurants, shops, and grab a drink or a bite to eat without ever needing your car.
The kitchenette is set up for real use, not just looks. You will find a toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and an induction cooktop with the right pans provided, everything you need for easy meals, snacks, or your morning routine.
This Isle of Palms beach rental is all about convenience, comfort, and making your trip feel easy. Whether you are here for a quick reset or a longer stay, it is a great home base for beach days, good food, and everything in between.
Dog friendly with prior approval. Some larger breeds are not permitted and pet fees apply.
As a first floor unit, you may occasionally hear light noise from above.

** E-SIGNATURE CONTRACT: In addition to any contract you may have signed through an integrated partner (such as AIRBNB/VRBO). We require our own E-Signed contract to complete your booking. This allows us to include additional details we are unable to elsewhere.

**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.
**PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
