Tucked away on the first floor at The Ocean Inn, this sunny studio condo is the perfect place for a laid-back beach retreat. With plenty of natural light flooding the space and an outdoor sitting area, you’ll feel relaxed and at ease the moment you walk in. Located just a block from beach access—without the high-rise price tag—this cozy studio is all about convenience and comfort.
Styled with a fun lighthouse and Tommy Bahama theme, this studio is a tropical escape at heart. The king-sized bed is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sun and sand, and the queen-sized sofa bed offers a comfy option for extra guests. The bathroom, neatly tucked between the two sleeping areas, ensures a bit of privacy for those using the sofa bed. For cozy nights in, a Smart TV provides entertainment when the beach weather isn’t cooperating.
The true highlight of this studio is its unbeatable location. Just steps from all the amenities you need—coin laundry, a refreshing pool, a grill area for a BBQ night, and free parking—everything is at your fingertips. And the beach? It's only a short walk away, so you can easily swap your flip-flops for your bathing suit and be on the sand in no time. Want to explore? While this studio doesn’t have a full kitchen, the kitchenette is designed to meet your simple cooking needs. You’ll find a large toaster oven, regular toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and even a countertop induction cooktop. Just bring the ingredients—everything else is ready for you to whip up easy meals or your morning coffee. (Note: The induction cooktop works best with steel-bottomed pans, which are provided!)

Pet-Friendly Perks: Traveling with your four-legged friend? This studio is dog-friendly (just check with us first to pre-approve pets, as certain larger breeds aren't allowed). A pet fee, based on your dog’s weight, is added as an extra guest fee. You’ll find everything your pup needs nearby, including a vet clinic, emergency clinic, and pet stores in Mount Pleasant.

**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.
**PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
**NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
