Annual Family Vacation

Our group ranged in age from 2 - 68. Very safe feeling, exceptional pool and bonus volleyball court for our family. Home is spacious enough for great comfort. Phenomenal waking to the sounds of waves and beautiful view. Loved the extra freezer and refrigerator for such a big crowd. I would highly recommend this property for any family.

Terrific Thanksgiving!

Best one yet! Very accommodating for entire family. Four generations. Elevator was a plus. View and access to beach was more than we expected. Fabulous beach, even in late November.

Weather was the only issue

The listing indicated the pool could be heated for an additional fee, but I called and apparently the pool heater was broken and we couldn’t get it heated so with the cold temperatures the pool was freezing and useable

Fantastic!

So much space, so many activities, such a beautiful home & location. For a large family gathering (all over the age of 18) it was the perfect spot for us to go off in different directions and/or gather for meals and activities. Couples had to share double-king bedrooms,but we made that work.

Perfect Family Beach Location

This property is perfect for an active family. Direct access to the beach is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living spaces, and plenty of dining areas. A great playground for young children, and a putting green, volleyball court and full basketball court for the "older children" made this a house with never a dull moment. The infinity pool, outdoor kitchen and gorgeous deck views were amazing.

Beautiful home, great location. A little disappointed kitchen wasn’t better equipped for large families. Had to purchase a griddle & blender. Very clean though & appreciated midweek cleaning service.

I believe the house is nice however for the price the property is dated. For the price point, I may be wrong but I feel like I could get a newer place. The picture of the family room is incorrect. It shows three couches which is probably what it needs. There are random tables and chairs throughout the first floor. The grill, while top of the line, smokes a lot and is hard to cook on. I have had experience with this grill and it provides a difficult experience. As far as beach, location, and generally it is awesome. The pool and basketball court is a must. Our family had a great time. All of my issues are first world problems and easily fixed. If fixed this is an easy five star.

Beautiful home with all the amenities! The infinity pool is incredible and being on the main floor was perfect especially with kids. Nothing better than floating in the pool and looking at the ocean! The pool was extra to heat which was too expensive considering the price of the rental.

Very accommodating house and great for families.

The property was well maintained. Most furniture casual and clearly well worn enough to allow families with small children. The various activities available ie putting, the heated infinity pool, the decks, the oceanfront, playground and basketball allowed for lots of out of door time even in colder weather. We had a wonderful vacation with ten adults and 7 children!

Beautiful house and amazing vacation!

We stayed for a week at this property and enjoyed ourselves so much, decided to add an extra day (luckily it was available!). The group of us included 10 adults and 7 children and it was the perfect house for us! We loved the beautiful views of the ocean from several of the bedrooms, the infinity pool and all the "extras" including basketball, putting green, and volleyball. It was awesome to be right on the beach and the kids loved playing in the sand and the waves. We were able to walk just a little ways down the beach and catch crabs, which was such a fun day! We all loved this vacation and can't wait to come back next week.

Wonderful vacation! Can't wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay at 114 Ocean Blvd. Our group included 10 adults and 7 children and it was the perfect house for us. The views were beautiful and the pool was amazing. The kids loved being able to go right down the short boardwalk to the beach and we had an awesome time catching crabs right down the beach from our house. The house was beautifully furnished and has amazing views from several of the bedrooms and the family room. The grill area overlooks the ocean and we had so much fun hanging out around the bar and watching the ocean while we cooked. The location is perfect, out of the way but also close to everything. We all had a great stay, so much so that we decided to add an extra day because no one was ready to leave! We are planning to return next year!

Grand resort, indeed!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at 114 Ocean Blvd. The house is on a quiet dead end road. It is beautiful, well appointed, spacious, and easy to live in. We found that we hardly used the playground (babies too young), basketball court, and putting green, and we never got around to the fire pit or volleyball court because we were always at the beach or in the pool. We loved the sand bars and tidal pools at the beach (if you are looking for rolling waves, they aren't here - at least not until high tide). With small children, it was the best we could hope for. High tide comes almost up to the gazebo steps, so access to the beach can be limited at that time. The beds were comfortable, towels soft, furniture easy to relax in. The view is beautiful, and the back deck and porch provides shade and some protection from the wind so everyone can enjoy being outside all day. We appreciated the mid-week maid service, and the responsiveness of the management company, Beachside Vacations. Next time, I'll bring my own kitchen knives - there are plenty in the house, but keeping knives in top shape in a rental house is nearly impossible. I loved the basket storage in the kitchen for personal things so they didn't get mixed up with house things and left behind. The kitchen pantry cabinets are huge and provide plenty of storage for crowd-size food. The refrigerator was too small, and we didn't have much use for the full-size freezer located in the kitchen (we thought it was a second refrigerator). There is a second refrigerator in the garage, a compact fridge in the common area on the second floor (no ice), and a refrigerator/ice maker in the outdoor kitchen. We spent our vacation with five other families - mostly our adult children and their children. Having so many bathrooms was a big bonus. The second floor master is goofy, though. That master bathroom (the huge, gorgeous bathroom) is shared with two other bedrooms. But, the master bedroom doesn't have a privacy door, so anyone headed to the bathroom can see into the bedroom. We made it work, but it might be an issue for other families. That bedroom has a half bath, so there is a place for privacy, but the occupants can't close a bedroom door. Goofy. The keypad on the beach access door was inoperable and needs to be replaced, so this feature was not as advertised. The driveway gate and one of the grill burners also didn't work. Overall we were pleased with the property and would recommend it to others.

A personal resort on the beach

The beach house was amazing. The views of the ocean and beach were unbelievable. The grounds were kept prestigious and natural. Swimming in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean was spectacular. You couldn't ask for a better access to the beach. The furnishings and the set up of the house were perfect. Had a nice screened in porch that was used for almost every meal.

Great home

This house was really nice and we all had a great time playing basketball and volleyball. We stayed on property all week except for golf and hated to leave when it was time to checkout. Really appreciate the local help and friendliness provided.
