Nice beach rental
We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and roomy. Great for families or a group of friends. Well equipped with cookware, etc. The beds were comfortable! A few basics for cooking would have been nice (spices, olive oil, etc) but we mostly ate out. Good location!

Perfect for families
We had a blast for fall break! The short walk to the beach was perfect for our family with small kids. Loved having a washer and dryer as well! We would definitely consider staying here again!

Isle of Palms - Perfect Family Getaway
Our experience was fantastic. From reservations through check out we were provided excellent communication, clear directions and the house itself is phenomenal! The location really is just a quick walk to miles and miles of Sandy beaches and warm water. Thank you for hosting us while we visited!!

Our Labor Day Weekend Stay
We had an amazing stay this weekend! The house had everything we needed and was a quick walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back porch! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay!
Wonderful stay for 6 girlfriends! Great location - easy walk to the beach, short drive to restaurants in IoP and Sullivan’s Island. Communication with the owners was easy with quick responses. Showing up to brand new couches was an added bonus!

Family vacation
This vacation was based around our granddaughter who had finished her chemo treatments in February. I promised her a trip to the ocean. The beach here was beautiful and she had a great time, as did everyone else. Short walk to the beach. This place fulfilled our needs. Thanks

We really enjoyed the stay. It was a nice close walk to the beach. Grocery stores were nice and close. Overall it was a great place in a great vacation. We would be interested in going back.

Great place to stay
Gorgeous property, it was clean and had plenty of rooms/beds for me and my friends. Close, 2 minute walk to beautiful dog friendly beach. And a close proximity to many delicious restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing House and Incredible Location
The house we stayed in was perfect for us. Plenty of room, comfy beds, the upstairs deck was great for sitting, and the full kitchen at our disposal was a great bonus! Very close in proximity to the ocean making walks to and from easy and enjoyable! We will be choosing this as our first choice for all our vacations to come!

Nice home good location.
My four girlfriends and I stayed for a special birthday celebration. Location of property was good for beach access. Relaxing , quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch and enjoying the area. It was ample enough room for us five friends .

Family vacation
The location was good and the home was able to meet our needs. Slight concern with the cleanliness of the home ie., floors weren't swept well and dishes in cabinets were not clean. The upstairs couch was significantly torn (by previous renters) but it was not esthetically pleasing. The communication (texts and emails) from the property manager was helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great weekend getaway
Stayed here to celebrate a friend getting married. It was a quick walk to the beach, and the place comfortable slept 10. The amenities were also working perfectly as described. I highly recommend this place for a large group going to Charleston

Pros: 2 blocks from the ocean; layout of the house was functional; the binder of information was helpful; outdoor deck has amazing space (we had 5 people); initial supply of toilet paper, a role of paper towels, 4 laundry pods, complementary soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion; Cons: Deck share broken, deck chair cushions very dirty, refrigerator drawer cracked, food stuck in the cracks of the kitchen table, curfew from 10PM-8AM (maybe 9AM) yet 2 days we woke to construction on the houses adjacent at 7AM. the walls are very thin, able to hear the people next door talking and traffic from the main road, needs a thorough cleaning, house needs walls painted, mold growing in the toilet in the upstairs bathroom, no extra blankets, torn couch upholstery, throw pillow inserts without covers; half empty/used toiletries in the rinse off areas in backyard, comforter in upstairs queen bed room was dirty, water filter needs to be changed. Upon leaving we replenished all toilet paper, paper towels and laundry pods used. We also left a case of bottled water for the next people arriving that evening since we assumed the frig water filter would probably not been changed. We would have not been so picky if it wasn't for the roughly $###.## maintenance fee, which was primarily for cleaning. We definitely left the house in a better state than how we found it.

We're sorry you didn't have a great experience. We reviewed the text messages and you all said you were having a great stay, that you loved the home. Certainly no indication that there were any issues that we could have solved for you had we known about them earlier. What makes your review even more surprising is that you added 3 extra nights onto your stay.

Welcoming & well-stocked
The property is large and very well-stocked. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and locally-made cookies. It was clean and bright. The easy walk to the quiet location on the beach was quick. Owners were very responsive to all questions before and during our stay. The one and only drawback was the road noise when we sat on the outside deck. This would not be a problem for those with children or anyone who did not spend time in the house. It rained for two days at the beginning of our stay so we tried to spend some time on the deck in the mornings and evenings. Other than that, the location was convenient to everything on Isle of Palms, Mt. Pleasant and Charleston.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable!
The property was situated in a great neighborhood with easy access to many local attractions. The beach access was a short walk and there were very few people on the beach. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Great place to stay!
