Beautiful house in a great location

This is a beautiful well equipped house with plenty of room for our large multigenerational family group of 7 adults and 5 children. We had everything we could want in a vacation home - screened porches and balconies, backyard swimming pool and grill, comfortable furniture in living and bedroom areas, ensuite bathrooms for most of the bedrooms, and 2 block proximity to a beautiful beach. Highly recommend this house if you have a large group.

Fabulous Place Right Where You Want To Be

The say was absolutely fantastic. Check in and check out were very simple. The house was huge and immaculate. It was located right where we wanted to be with close proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants, and golf. We had a great time here and look forward to returning in the future!

Everything was so well done and we couldn’t have been happier with the house. With three generations it fit everybody so comfortably. The bathrooms were beautiful. The open kitchen/ family room/ dining area made everything easy to feed and seat a large group. The outdoor amenities at the pool area were very nice!

Meeting on the Isle of Palms

This was the perfect rental property for hosting our ministry team for five-days of fellowship and small group meetings. The house was spotless and had ample living space. When we weren't working, we relaxed on one of the many porches and enjoyed the gorgeous weather. Our friends from Minnesota and Colorad loved walking on the beach. It didn't feel like work; it felt like a vacation. We'll definitely consider renting this home again for our next meeting.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect floor plan, large well equipped kitchen, new furnishings in the house, very clean inside. The pool was beautiful and a nice size! Not a bad walk to the beach and close to the grocery and very close to rec center playground. My only issue was with the screened porch where we like to spend a lot of time . The furniture cushions were old and not only not clean, but also full of pollen. When the house is cleaned, the porch needs attention also. We all ended up with allergy issues and I came home sick. Someone needs to hose them off each time as long as pollen is falling from the surrounding trees.

Beds were comfy and we appreciated that every bedroom had its own bathroom. My only suggestion would be more cutting boards! There was only 1 that we could find - a couple more would be helpful.

Our children and grandchildren love all the amenities and the close proximity to the beach! The house is very clean, the kitchen is perfectly equipped (we all love to cook!), the beds are very comfortable, the pool is delightful after a hot day at the beach, the front porch is very relaxing, the space is perfectly designed and the community park is a block away. We have rented with Island Realty for 3 years and have been very pleased with their services. Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful home!!

Reviewer Comments: This was the first time we ever did anything like this.The house was beautiful We had so much fun and made so many memories.The home was perfect for 3 families.The location to the beach was perfect and we were very close to the store and restaurants.The inside was very clean. It did have a pool however it was not heated.I was told people don't heat the pools after talking to people on the beach there are heated pools so you can use the pool.There were beautiful porches but we could not use them they had hugh bumble bees & wasps nests on them. We did spray every night but they were there in the morning. We are glad we went and we will go again next year.

I would highly recommend this house has a place for a large group.The location to the beach and the park are great. We rented a golf cart and zipping down the marsh side road to the marina for milk and basics was so easy. The location is just perfect!The elevator made loading and unloading so much easier. We had one group unpack cars and load the lift and others at the floors to take the stuff off! The garage kept our cars shaded. We loved the saltwater pool and the kids and adults had a great time in and around it.The layout and decor are so pleasing. Everyone had their own space. The upstairs den became the video game room with the large tv and comfortable sofa. Lots of bathrooms was also nice.The kitchen was nice with two ovens and a microwave and large professional gas oven. I would have appreciated a second fridge, even if just a beverage fridge at the downstairs bar or a smaller one fitted in the kitchen. Refrigerator space was a real challenge for us as we enjoy cooking and bought fresh local seafood for most of our meals. There were no large baking pans or serving bowls. I bought four at Target and left them. There were adequate pots, pans and baking sheets, flatware and individual dishes, but the kitchen really lacked serving pieces for a large group. There were no crab cracker, pickets which I usually find when renting on IOP. I had packed a few things from home so for the most part we were fine.If you plan to go out a lot you will probably be fine but on our first morning we had to use a cooking pot to mix muffin batter.The porches are so nice and thanks to their reviews we arrived with wasp spray. Even so my granddaughter was stung within minutes of our arrival. We sprayed numerous times and killed a good number of them so be aware. They seem to love the house, too!We took two excursions with Coastal Expedetions and Eco Barrier
