Great place and location!

We loved the stay! Beautiful home, just as described and had everything we needed. We had some trouble getting into the community, the directions took us to a different entrance and the staff running the entrance was not very friendly or helpful.

The place was very nice, clean and Avant realty was a pleasure to work with. For future reference we were thrown off by the Murphy bed room being in a separate space from the cottage.

Great stay in Isle of Palms

This is a lovely house only a few minutes walk to the beach. The last bedroom is on the ground floor, the rest of the house is elevated, as is the style of most of the beach houses on IOP. There's an elevator that goes from the lower, ground floor bedroom up to the main house, which is very cool and the kids loved. Everything was comfortable and clean. We had a great stay.
