If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, look no further. This condo was the perfect size for our group. Ice maker and wine frig were a big plus. Perfect views from the deck. I love the location of Ocean Club in general, great pool, quiet beach.

Great View!!! .... Convenient to Beach, Restraints & Shopping! The Condo is in need of some TLC & Maintenance. The detailed items we such that the issues made our stay Not Unpleasant but Uncomfortable.

Dated condo in need of painting, baseboard repair, water damage in the past. Blinds are non functional in need of repair. Swell in floor at front entrance needs to be repaired plus fixtures need to be reinstall in bathrooms. 15k would make it extra nice.

1. Great Location 2. Fantastic View 3. Great lay out of the space 4. Property was in disrepair - it needs attention! 5. Dishwasher broke done - We spent a lot of money on groceries. 6. We weren't able to fix our dinners, no body wants to do dishes by hand on vacation! That's not what we paid for! 7. There is an espresso machine! Sounds Great...It was disgusting! Heavy layer of mold inside - Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in over a year! Anyone with mold allergies would have been severely compromised! 8. Handle on Shower Door in Master Bath...Broken 9. Lock on Master Bedroom Door is Broken - You couldn't close the door 10. Carpet in Living Room is too large - Interferes with the closing of the Master Bedroom Doors. 11. You couldn't watch regular channels on the TV in the Living Room... Only able to watch movies...no news stations, etc. Real pain the mornings. 12. We weren't able to park our cars in the parking garage... Big Sign! Owners Only..Why not if the owners are not there using the spaces?? Nothing in the contract about this. 13. Sports Card Package is a joke. Still had to pay to use the gym and pool was only available during late evening hours 14. Property needs a lot of small repairs and attention that wouldn't be that expensive, but they are enough to have negative impact on your stay. 15. They're trying to sell you on the view when you look at the pictures, but it wasn't worth what we paid!! Choose another property!

If you’re into being one with the ocean, this is the place to be. The unit we occupied had plenty of space, with amazing views. Screens would have been nice, so as to keep doors open to the outside. Very basic cable was disappointing, given the rent charged. Unfortunately, we did have a party of adults in the unit right next to ours who had racous parties that included loud ‘karaoke’ and shouting into the wee hours on more than one night. We finally had no choice but to lodge complaints with management.

The open floor plan and unique euro styling makes this condo unique. The cabinets & paneled walls with hidden doors are not your typical ‘beach chic’ style. The beverage fridge & icemaker were a plus, as was the amount of storage. View from the balcony is great, outdoor furniture is adequate. I would stay here again.

Second time on this property. Clean, convenient to the beach…great pool. The whole process was smooth from booking to checking out. That’s important when you want to relax and not have a lot of hoops to jump through.

location of unit was outstanding. However, some minor maintenance issues, ie light bulbs burned out, ultra noisy ice machine, poorly labeled freezer and refrigerator under counter. poor lighting overall in kitchen. no undercounted lights. too many throw rugs, made for stumbles and trips.

Beautiful condo with amazing floor to ceiling views of the ocean from the large open kitchen/dining area and living room. Room for 4 to eat on the balcony and 2 to lounge. Wild Dunes is amazing. Be aware the main pools in the resort are no longer available to outside vacation rentals.

Size of fridge was crazy small. Kitchen cooktop kept turning off in the middle of cooking. Deck furniture was uncomfortable and walls were neat to death. Not to mention we sat at the gate waiting for new code for over 30 minutes

Very spacious villa, however it needs some update. The refrigerator was hard to regulate the temperature. It froze most of the food put in it. Garbage disposal old and leaky. Master toilet wobbly. Outside furniture old. Blinds need to be replaced. Sofa wonderfully comfortable, but chairs in the living room very uncomfortable..

We had a great stay here. Upon arrival the condo was super clean and the check in process was super easy. The views are amazing. You feel like your literally “on the beach”. A couple of the blinds were broke so couldn’t raise them to take full advantage of the view. Overall though, we had a great time and love IOP. We would certainly rent this condo again in the future.

Nice experience. The only problems were checking in-our code did not work and it took awhile to straighten out. Also, we lost power for several hours. Both problems were not owner’s fault.Would not hesitate to recommend.

Very well maintained property with an unbelievable view. The interior design is quite European and modern. You'll spend most of your time out on the terrace regaling your senses and taking advantage of the short walk to the beach. Minor issues such as easy view of sections of your neighboring condo are overcome with bamboo blinds. Pools are a bit of a hike, but become almost a memory with that view. Did I mention the view?

This property was beautiful with so many unique features. Loved the open floor plan, beds were comfortable, and kitchen well appointed. But the view!!!! The view was amazing! Everywhere you looked was the beautiful beach and ocean. Just a wonderful oasis the midst of a busy life. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The beachfront condo had a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. Getting to the beach was easy and the beach was never crowded. The pool (shared between two condo bldgs) was never very crowded, had nice seating; the pool was a good size and a lot of fun for our family and little kids that visited. This condo is about 1.5 miles from Wild Dunes boardwalk. We rented bikes which was fine for us and our kids. HOWEVER, this condo DOES NOT allow golf carts so my older parents were forced to drive everywhere. The condo’s open kitchen and living area were nice - kitchen was well-stocked. However, the bedrooms and bathrooms need some serious updating and cleaning. The master bath was a good size, but only one sink and no door for the toilet. The shower tile and shower head were moldy. All of the bedding and blanks were old and cheap. The second bedroom had a really small bathroom with a bowl sink and no counter space. The closet was tiny with broken bars so there was no where to hang clothes. The third bathroom did not have a mounted shower - only a bathtub with handheld nozzle which would be fine for small kids but not for my teenagers. They had to use one of the other showers. All of the rugs and throw pillows were dingy and old. The outdoor patio had not been vacuumed and the patio furniture was peeling and in disrepair. The entire condo needed painting - just overall dingy and dirty. We loved the view and access to the beach. We will go back to Wild Dunes but would look for a condo that allows golf carts and was updated/clean.
