The OCEANFRONT views are fabulous, even from the kitchen. Listening to the waves in bed at night, unsurpassed sound. Love seeing storms rolling in and sunrises on our lovely beach. Our decks are covered so when it rains- you can sit out and watch the rain over the ocean. There is not a better view of the beach in any other unit in the building. Being away from pool noise is a bonus too for those who like a more peaceful vacation! Enjoy incredible ocean views from this beautifully renovated 2nd floor condo!

This three bedroom, three bath condo is crisp, open, and airy! It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, a dining area with seating for eight with an extra two stools at the kitchen counter, and a living room with a large flat screen television, and direct access to the private balcony overlooking the ocean.

The condo offers two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. The queen bedroom has an ensuit bathroom and the twin room has an ensuite which is shared with the hall. The master offers a king bed, a sitting area with a wall mounted flat screen television, a full private bath with a walk-in shower and garden tub, and direct access to the balcony. The condo is perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarket.

WiFi and Linens are included. No smoking and No pets.

Please note that there is a strict 2 vehicle capacity per unit.

The condo was extremely nice with an incredible view of the ocean and beach! Only downside was no trash chute; trash had to carried to the dumpster at the far edge of the complex.
