Great summer beach get a way....

Stay was perfect. Condo exactly as depicted in a great location. Island Realty was great to deal with from check in to check out. Don't know how it could have been better !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From check in to check out, Island Realty did a great job communicating. As far as the rental, it was well taken care of, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Kitchen supplies, such as pots and pans and dishware were amply supplied. My only criticism has little to do with the facility and rental company. If you want to vacation in Charleston, you are going to have to drive everywhere!Despite that...top notch all around!

Nice apartment, no beach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place itself is great. Beds are comfortable, it's well furnished with cookware etc. However, there is no beach (it's washed away after a beach renovation project earlier this year). The boardwalk was gone and there was no easy access to the water. We were not notified of any of this prior to arrival. I would not recommend this unit.

The location was fabulous! Large enough for 4 but not too big for us. Comfortable furniture, plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Everything in the kitchen you would need to cook and spacious table area
