One of the best family vacations in a while.

This home was awesome! It was in a perfect location with close access to many restaurants, shopping, boat tours and museums. The house was beautiful, clean, and cozy for our family with enough space for the eight of us to be alone or together. We enjoyed the pool. The beach was a very short walk from the house.

Illinois Multi Gen Family Stay

Spent a week at the house and it was great! Had older parents and teenage kids and everyone had a blast. Walk to the beach and having the pool made everyone happy. Best part...rocking chairs on the front porch. ❤️

Amazing Family Week!

Our family had such a wonderful time here making incredible new memories! The views are spectacular, with fabulous sunsets on the beach, great beach walking, lots of space for everyone, and close to fun restaurants and activities. The kids loved the pool and spa too! The few hiccups we had were addressed quickly with genuine caring and taken care of quickly with kindness. Our expectations were exceeded :)

It was a great weekend at the beach!!!

The house was perfect.It had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the hot tub. The adults just loved sitting on the porch and looking at the ocean. We made puzzles on the big round table and gathered to watch Ohio State on the big sectional sofa. It's a great house!!!!

Family vacation

Beautiful home and property. We had 8 adults and two kids under 3. Plenty of room for everyone. Ocean views were awesome! Pool and hot tub were nice to have especially for the little ones. We would stay here again, very convenient to airport, restaurants and shopping.

Great September Week @ the Beach

Property is better in person than in the pictures. A few items that had been mentioned as negatives in previous reviews in years past have been rectified. Its hard to overstate the location. Not just beachfront. But in a part of Isle of Palms where the beach is perfect and the crowds are nonexistent. We had a great time, would definitely recommend and likely will use again ourselves. Only caution is to bring plenty of bug repellent - the beautiful back porch beckons in the evening but the extra aggressive mosquitoes are ready and waiting.

Great location! Pool was awesome.

We had a wonderful week at this property. It was quite windy on the beach so the pool and spa were nice to have when it was warm and we needed a break from beach. Kitchen was great, and perfect amount of space for all ages.

August family reunion

This was a great house for a family get together...grandkids loved it. We are locals so it’s always a treat to stay right on the beach. Bedrooms and baths were beautiful....main room couch looked a little shabby but the big long table was perfect for all of us!

Very nice accommodations! Our 8 adults and 4 kids were very comfortable. Between the pool and the beach we had all the entertainment we needed. (Good thing since we needed to social distance from the rest of the world.) Property manager was very responsive when we could not figure out the hot tub, but with some instructions it worked great!

Perfect for large family

This spot couldn't have been better! Plenty of room for our kids and grandkids. Right on the beach so very convenient. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool. A word of caution....if you are renting this property in the next 6-12 months...there is a house being constructed next door so we didn't always have quiet when hanging out at the house or when little ones were napping. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time. There was a minor issue with the pool and the grill, and the property manager responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Everyone had a great time. House was well maintained and for the few items that needed fixing the property manager had maintenance come out within 3 hours on average. Location to beach and private walk way to beach was loved by all. Pool was in very good working condition and the led lighting at night was great. We would recommend this property to anyone and will look to booking it for our next stay in a few years.

Seamless rental from beginning to end. Beautiful property with a great location! Perfect space for 5 adults and 6 children! Kitchen cabinets need some minor repair (screws). No big deal though.

Family vacation with 6 adults and 4 children ages almost 2, 5 & almost 7 They kept asking us to buy this house.😉 We loved everything about the house from location, pool and spacious layout. It does need some new appliances including frig & dishwasher. I’d love to see a stackable washer & dryer in laundry area and add a second frig. But this is our second time staying here & many beautiful upgrades including front entrance & pool area. Love this home.

Comfortable and open

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms are large and comfortable. The property managers were quickly responsive to problems (dishwasher - repairman said wasn't broken but it continued to leak after he left; pool - confusing to keep heated). My only disappointment was the heating system for the pool/hot tub. You pay extra to heat the pool, but it takes the heat from the hot tub (which should be automatically included) - in essence you are heating one or the other. But - we loved the house, the view and the option for heated water outside :)
