Privacy is Key
The house is attached to a small apartment, but don’t worry—everything is completely separate. You’ll have your own entrance, driveway, and backyard. The apartment will remain unoccupied unless you book it too, so your stay will be entirely private.
Pet-Friendly Stays Welcome!
We know pets are part of the family, so we’re happy to welcome up to two potty-trained dogs for a $100 fee per pet.
Important Noise Policies
To ensure everyone has a peaceful stay, the island has a strict noise policy:
Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 10 AM (The island enforces a strict zero-noise policy)
During the day, noise should be kept to a reasonable level—think normal conversation or light music.
For everyone’s comfort, there are noise monitors near the backyard and back doors, and the doorbell features a camera for added security.

Guest Acknowledgment and Waiver:
The Guest acknowledges that voluntary participation in physical activities, whether indoors or outdoors, including but not limited to the use of the hot tub, sand areas, exposure to wildlife, walks, steps, paths, porches, and roads, is undertaken at their own risk. All such activities inherently carry an element of risk. By accepting this waiver, the Guest agrees that participation and use of facilities and grounds are entirely at their own risk. The Guest assumes full responsibility for any and all aspects of their participation, as well as for any children accompanying them on the property or while visiting the area.
Hot Tub Rules:
The use of any hot tub involves risks that may result in serious injury or death.
No children under the age of 12 are permitted to use the hot tub at any time.
The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) advises that becoming overheated in a hot tub is not recommended during pregnancy.
Elderly persons and those with heart disease, diabetes, low or high blood pressure, strokes, epilepsy, or similar health conditions should consult a physician before using the hot tub.
Never use the hot tub while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, if you are taking medications, or if you are being treated for any illness.
The hot tub should be kept at a temperature below 104°F for personal safety.
All bathers must shower before and after use to reduce the risk of skin irritation or other health concerns.
Do not sit or walk on the hot tub cover, as it may collapse.
Exercise caution when walking around the deck where the hot tub is located.
Children must be supervised at all times to minimize the risk of injury, death, or drowning.
Additional Guidelines:
Guests are required to remove any sun tanning lotions, body lotions, facial products, or makeup from areas of the body that will come into contact with the water. An outdoor shower is available for this purpose.
Guests who choose to leave such products on their skin while using the hot tub will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200
