A convenient wet bar with an under-counter ice maker adds an extra touch of convenience for entertaining.

Each of the eight bedrooms offers its own ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for every guest. All bedrooms include TVs.

ELEVATOR: Elevators, like any mechanical system, can break down without notice. The operation of any residential elevator is never guaranteed. While we'll make every effort to resolve if an outage occurs, elevator service disruptions are not eligible for compensation or refunds.

If anyone in your group relies on dependable elevator access due to mobility needs or a medical condition, we encourage you to contact us before you book your reservation. We'd be happy to discuss whether the property is the best fit for your needs. 

Beach towels and chairs are not provided but are available through local rental companies
Strict no-party policy: events such as bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, or graduations are not permitted. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund

Misc. Property Notes:
Pool heating is available for fee of $350.00. Please pay when you book, we need at least 2 weeks notice for pool heating. The pool is heated by a heat pump, if the ambient air temperature drops below 58 degrees the pool will not heat. Temp must stay above 58 degrees. There are no refunds if the outside temp is below 58. Living room fireplace is not available for guest use.

Parking: The car cap for this home is 8. There are 2 extra parking spaces on the backside of the pool fencing. Please park in front of the signs/spaces designated for 1002 Carolina to prevent being towed.
