"My wife and I are big on customer service. So we make it known whether or not we are pleased with the individual(s) servicing us at any business that we patronize. I would like to say that every time we've stayed at this location, Amy at the front desk greeted us in the most pleasant and professional manner that my family could ask for. "We had a wonderful stay in Suffolk! The hotel is undergoing slight renovations but all the facilities remain open. The fitness center was very nice as was the pool. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful even when we had a slight issue at the beginning, they were happy to help us change rooms even on a busy Saturday. The room itself was very nice too and the bed was comfortable. The location is amazing and so close to everything. We had no noise issues or other complaints. "
