「A modern and exceptionally clean hotel. The breakfast is excellent. With beach and old town mins away we were disappointed to find that we needed to use the car as hotel situated on the top of a hill. Buses and taxis were available and we would stay there again.」

「The setting is perfect, overlooking Freshwater Bay, and the hotel has been beautifully restored. Everywhere feels very spacious and comfortable. The staff are lovely and clearly wanted us to have a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. They dealt with my irritating dietary requirements with concern and professionalism and were all friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back.」

「I realise that ‘bog standard’ will never be a descriptor for a caravan, but superior is way too kind. Thankfully only 2 of us were staying in a 6 berth, because bedroom 3 is ludicrous. It seemed clean until I found someone else’s razor in the shower. The caravan’s are piled in very close to each other, meaning not only can you not park next to it, you can’t park anywhere near it and ours had a complete staircase to navigate due to the terracing. The outdoor pool has a licensed capacity of 20...

「Really lovely stay in this delightful hotel. All the staff that we came across were so great and really made a difference to our experience. Rene on reception ( so helpful), the American lady at the bar (fantastic) and the lovely lady serving breakfast ( so personable and helpful). Our room was in the newer block, very spacious, clean with a great bed. Thank you all for a lovely stay. We will be back.」

「A very well run hotel with most aspect being excellent. Clean, comfortable room, decent crockery and consistent food quality. Very few negatives but the stairs carpet could have seen service in Pompeii, it was that old and seemingly dirty. A lift would be nice in a 5 story hotel but may be difficult given the age and design of the building. Overall, a lovely stay」
