「The hotel is beautiful and very welcoming. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.」

「receptionist were great. smallish rooms where one person is sleeping against/hugging a wall. no amenaties such as laundry, or breakfast. maintenence may not have been addressed by june after a hard winter, or last year either. exterior door was rusted- needs painting for a couple of years, window wouldn't stay open. only one chair on porch. hot tub was foamy...yuck! hot tubs and pool are by appointments only for single room or families ...such as a dad on his phone and two kids in pool. ...

「This is a good "brand" type hotel, new and well-appointed and reasonable. With eagles nesting in the parking lot trees. A decent location, close to a supermarket and restaurants, very helpful staff. It also works as a corporate events place but the rates were normal.」

「We had an awesome stay in Homer at the Pioneer Inn. The room perfectly suited our needs and Lila & Paula were amazing. Very responsive to questions and checking in to assure our stay was satisfactory. Also, I tweeked my knee, because you know, walking is hard :). They drove me to the medical center to get it checked out, and came back to pick me up afterward. They also helped me to find a knee brace in town. I would definitely stay at the Pioneer Inn when in Homer again.」

「Beautiful view with great location just outside Homer. Saw moose, eagles, and Sandhill cranes in back yard. Great balcony with lots of extra amenities. Easy check in process.」

「Loved the view. We saw eagles & sea otters from our window. Could hear the waves. Truly amazing. Would have been nice to have blackout shade but it wasn't there. Great location. Owners were great! Bed was comfortable. Barn door bathroom door so not much privacy in that way but we would still stay again.」

Here watch this bear safety video 😁, the best restaurants etc. They even arranged a really really really good deal on a bear viewing / fishing / float plane trip for me. Breakfast was really nice, the morning chats were lovely. If all B&B's were this nice I'd never stay in a hotel again」

「Wonderful view! Nice, roomy unit. Two issues. 1. Couldn’t figure out how to use the tv. Searching said no channels found. 2. Unit description online showed “kitchen”. There was a little fridge in the room with a microwave on top. That’s not a kitchen.」
