"The Hotel was amazing, everything was well maintained and the staff are beyond friendly and are always willing to help. The area around the hotel has a great deal to offer in terms of food and shopping and there was easy access to both the metro and taxi services to get you where you needed to go."

"We enjoyed our time at Tokyo Stay Takanawa so much, that we returned for a second stay to end our 14-day trip in Japan. The hotel is located perfectly for first-time visitors. It was so convenient to have both the Tokyo Metro and JR lines just steps from the hotel (2mins max). The hotel is safe and does not allow for solicitors and access to floors is only allowed with your room key. The area was safe to walk in the early/late hours of the day. Breakfast was a huge plus and very good. Japanese and American options were available. The most convenient accommodation had to be that each room is equipped with a washer/dryer combo, which made it nice to return home with zero laundry. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel. You will not be disappointed."

"We had a great experience at this hotel. Shinjuku station was a bit of a walk, but not terrible. Some of the hotel reviews mention hot rooms. Ours was the opposite. It was very very cold and the only other option was off, and then it would be stuffy. In all, it was a great stay for the price and I would recommend the hotel to any of my friends. "
