"Absolutely amazing hotel, perfect location, staff amazing and very helpful and the room were amazingly clean, breakfast room is slightly smaller but the quality is amazing - there is nothing bad about this hotel at all. Stayed there for 3nights with 2 children's- our room was spacious and bed were super comfortable after 20k steps a day we all day a good night sleep and were ready for a new day in Venice. "

"Upon our arrival, there’s no electricity at the hotel so we couldn’t check in properly and had to wait until very late in the day. We even were not allowed to use the hotel toilets at the time. Once we checked in finally, there was no hot water, no wifi. 😭"
