"Hotel is perfectly located in Venice. The room had an amazing view of the canal. Breakfast was great. The only reason I didn’t not give 5 starts is simply because the bed was two twin beds put together and that was uncomfortable and the carpets were a bit dirty. The staff at the front were very helpful, however the tall young gentlemen was not very warm or welcoming. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable."

"Everything was amazing! We felt like we were in the heart of Venice! As Venice is a walking city (with some water travel available), we were pretty central to all we wanted to do. 10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco, 20 minutes to the The Peggy Guggenheim exhibit and many amazing things in between! The best part is we were literally AT the Santa Maria del Giglio water bus/taxi stop. This was VERY important when we were arriving/leaving with our luggage. The staff were all multi-lingual and so helpful. I will definitely stay here again!"

"We had a 3 night stay in July & it was excellent. We really liked the location of the hotel as it was in a more quieter location but still easy to walk to all the sites. We had a top floor room with a terrace which was great. Nice selection for breakfast. The staff at the hotel are great, really friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay here again in wonderful Venice."

"The room was clean, everything worked just fine. The staff was very kind and helpful. AC was excellent in our room and also throughout the hotel which was great for the current weather conditions. WiFi was decent. No complaints, would stay there again! Not far from all main points of interest. Would recommend!"

"I enjoyed my time here. I selected it due to having an included breakfast (which was excellent) and being on the main part of the island close to Piazza San Marco and other meeting points for daily group tours if needed (it was my first time in Venice). The hotel staff was kind, helpful with directions and tips from the outset, and friendly day in and out during my 4 day/3 night stay. The room has air conditioning if that’s important to you (it was for me after some hot days wandering about in July) and it was clean. Housekeeping keeps the hotel and your room tidy. If I spent more time at the hotel, I’m sure I would have enjoyed it. Solid choice for a hotel in Venice that I wouldn’t hesitate to book again on a return visit. It was very easy to get to and from the airport and water taxi at the Rialto stop - a direct 200 meter walk to the hotel was simple to navigate even during a crowded afternoon arrival when many people are roving the alleys of Venice."

"This property had the best location! It was quiet and lovely within a small square but walkable to all the major sights! Bakeries, shops, cafes, also walkable within minutes! There is a fantastic grocery store 30 seconds walk from the hotel and you cross a little bridge to get there! The staff were welcoming and friendly. The AC worked amazing, the shower/hot water was great. The hotel rooms were definitely rustic/old which I think could be called the style of it but much of the items seemed worn out and there was some spots on the walls that could use some work. There is also no central ceiling lights in either of the bedrooms, just lamps or small wall lights so it was tricky if a brighter light was needed in the evening. Otherwise, great stay."
