“住宿非常愉快，飯店主動幫我們升等，房間乾淨、大廳相當高雅，服務人員態度很好，交通也方便，大門前就是船泊站，旁邊走到廣場、精品街都超近，是一間非常值得入住的飯店，下次到威尼斯一樣是首選。”

“酒店在主岛上，在圣马可广场旁边，酒店后面就是名店，去哪里都方便，有自己的码头，打水的去机场120欧。一楼餐厅是米其林餐厅，早餐在二楼，非常丰盛。房间面积挺大，迷你吧免费，WiFi速度也不错。如果住主岛，这家酒店是不二的选择。”

“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……

“The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.”

“Everything inside of the room was perfect. If any changes I would change the carpet in the hallway. Otherwise the rooms are modern and brand new looking. Loved it!”
