“The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.”

“The room was clean. Staff was very fryand accommodating. Breakfast and dinner service was excellent.”

We stayed at this hotel from Japan for our honeymoon. We were very impressed not only by the great location and cleanliness of the hotel, but also by the wonderful hospitality of the staff. After learning that we were on our honeymoon, the staff warmly congratulated us and went……

“Location was great but service was average.”

“Hotel is at a very good location, making all places of interest and shopping areas easily reachable The food provided at the breakfast is good with lots of varieties. However, the staff members in general are not entirely friendly, particularly those serving at concierge. Having said that, a lady staff receiving guests at the breakfast area is very helpful and always greets us with smile”

“A beautiful hotel, although it is no longer brand new. Some facilities were not working properly, such as the magnifying mirror in the bathroom and the bidet tap. The hotel was very crowded, with no available sun loungers in the spa, and we had to wait for a table at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of food, which was constantly replenished. The staff were highly professional, well-trained and attentive.”
