「Very bad and the staff not helpful」

「Duşakabin bulunmuyor. Dert etmiyorsanız sıkıntı yok. 」

「We had a terrible experience. The shower and toilet in the bathroom were broken, everything except the bedding was filthy and dirty, and the furniture was broken and stained. There was no elevator. The staff was helpful, but the hotel is in terrible condition. It doesn't deserve its stars.」

「Sehr zentral. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer wurde jeden sauber gemacht und immer frische Handtücher kann ich nur weiterempfehlen 」

「We had a wonderful experience staying here! Such a warm and friendly welcome from the owner who gave us personal recommendations that were spot on. He took the time to talk to us and it felt like we had a friend in Istanbul. The location worked out well too, it is surrounded by tons of hip cafes on a street shaded by grape arborsand an easy walk or tram to both the main tourist areas and the more local hangouts. There is some noise from the cafes downstairs but it didn't bother me at all and...

「Me and my friends stayed for 5 days and had a very good experience. The location is the best in the whole Istanbul and you can find anything you could possibly need within a short walking distance. Rooms were very clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The stairs were not that bad, just see it as exercise instead of something annoying! 😁 Bed were very comfortable. Can’t find anything to complain about to be honest. 」
