Made to feel welcome from the first moment we arrived, delightful modern hotel in Osmanbey, high quality rooms with a large snack basket on arrival. We had arrived early after a 25 hour travel time from Australia and they made sure our room was also available early. Staff were friendly and communicated well also.

Booked this property as the website states laundry room, and there wasn't one. I booked this property ONLY because of that as I was travelling for an extended period and I didn't want to pack with excess clothes. I had to buy new clothes which really annoyed me.
