“Out of all the hotel staff I’ve met during my travels, he was by far the kindest. Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment.
From before the trip, throughout our stay, and even after we checked out, he went above and beyond to help us with every little detail. Thanks to him, our impression of Istanbul and Türkiye became incredibly positive.

“Our room was warm even in winter. The room had a washing machine and a kitchen with kitchenware, so you could cook and wash your clothes. Actually, it wasn't really a room, let's call it a small house. Everything was wonderful, thank you, I will definitely come again.”

“The hotel owner and the woman at reception was absolutely lovely and understanding. I had to make a last minute reservation so my room was rushed and couldn’t be prepared on time. Such a shame as the location of the hotel is very central and convenient -just a step away from all the wonders of Istanbul.”
