“Alles !”

“My family stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The location is really good. It’s an easy walk to major attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern, and it’s also very convenient to get to other nearby sights by public transportation. The front desk staff and breakfast team were all friendly, welcoming, and professional. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was quiet, so we were able to rest well after a full day of sightseeing. I’d definitely recommend this hotel……

“The staff are incredible. They made our stay comfortable. Still disappointed in the quality of the room -definitely not a deluxe room. And the bed was not a king sized bed. We advise the staff on our first night but no changes were made. The room needs an upgrade. The photo presented of the property was not accurate to what we found. The staff mentioned that there were some issues around renovation. We had to walk with our luggage to and from the location at check in and check out. But the staff……

“Great customer service”

“love the vibe and the house cat!”

“Although looks dated and a bit worn in the hall/stairs, the rooms were comfortable, clean, modern, and well maintained- don’t judge it by the stairwell. Great location and the reception staff were very helpful. Would stay again!”

“Great location , pleasant walking distance to major sites with plenty of eating options nearby . The staff are very nice & helpful .”

“I left this property the very same afternoon I checked in because I genuinely feared for my personal safety and well-being. I did not stay overnight, nor did I use a single one of the eight nights I had booked. 1. Severe Security Issue: The most alarming concern was the security of my room. The door could not be properly locked. While I was inside, an unidentified individual actually attempted to enter and managed to open the door partially. They only backed away after I shouted at them. As a……

“lovely place，nice staff，convenient location”

“Good location .service and very clean. ”
