「My family of 4 (children 12 and 9) stayed here in February, 2025. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful, at all times. The room was always kept clean and tidy, thank you for that. The use of the pool and sauna were included in the cost of the hotel. Children and I absolutely loved these facilities. Great location; the Gulhane Park was very beautiful and walking along the seashore is beautifu; Convenient to all the popular tourist spots - Sofie, Blue Mosque, Palace, Underground Cistern, Grand Plaza. The breakfast is reasonablly furnished. Being close top the tramway system is a great asset. Two suggestions for improvement: 1. Provide smaller face towels. 2. Give us the option of changing out the bath towels every day., despite our desire to be environmentally friendly.」

「Our family had a great experience there as the staffs are really helpful、friendly and hospitality. The location is close to most of famouse sight spot, walking distance with 10 minute.
