「Amazing location amazing staff and service」

「My family stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The location is really good. It’s an easy walk to major attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern, and it’s also very convenient to get to other nearby sights by public transportation. The front desk staff and breakfast team were all friendly, welcoming, and professional. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was quiet, so we were able to rest well after a full day of sightseeing. I’d definitely recommend this hotel...

「We really enjoyed our stay — everything was even better than we expected. The hotel was very clean, beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located. The price was also a pleasant surprise. For this level of cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality, it was an excellent value. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Disappointing Service Despite a Good Location Our stay at Sura Hotel in Istanbul was unfortunately disappointing. While the hotel was clean and the location was convenient for exploring the city, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. During check-in, the reception staff informed us that breakfast was included in our reservation. However, we later discovered this was not true and were required to pay separately. We felt misled, especially because the breakfast was overpriced...
