"The staff went above and beyond! They were very kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had a great variety of food. When I checked out, the gave me a business card and offered help and/or assistance if I needed it while in the city. That was very comforting since I am a woman traveling alone. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.
Our room was very nice and clean but is smaller than the pictures suggest. Would definitely stay again for a visit to Istanbul"

"The room and its utilities were fine. The host was friendly and helpful. Very near to TAKSIM, so no transportation and food issues. The only drawback is non-availability of an elevator. This can be a drawback if you have luggage, which we had to keep downstairs with the help of the host."
