“I spent a few nights in a single room at Pera Residence. The room is enormous, probably bigger than many one-bedroom apartments nearby. The interiors have the faded charm of a more glorious past, but do not expect everything to work perfectly or make much practical sense. A fire exit light directly above the bed made sleeping difficult, and the front desk offered no solution. The washing machine/dryer was a great perk, and the location is superb.”

“Room is good , cleaning every day; stuff is really nice!!! Good location , 1 minute walk to market for groceries . Restaurants nearby. convenient transportation！”

“It is not a livable place. There was no air conditioning during almost 30 Celsius weather. Toilet tissues was not provided. Towel tissues were not provided. Toilet flush tank had no cap. Also it is middle of no where. No restaurant or groceries near by. There was no wifi either, however that was provided after 3-4 hours.”

“Location is not convenient for tourists away from everything.”

“The property was dirty, 4 floors without elevator and the stairs are very difficult to climb up, because the steps are too high. The air conditioner didn’t work properly and not enough for the all property. They didn’t leave towels for all the guests.”
