「Good location, friendly and helpful staff 」

「酒店位置很好，紧挨独立大街，店员非常热情，主动提供帮助，在经历了前面预订酒店被坑的糟糕体验后，这个酒店的服务和条件简直不能更满意了！」

「The staff were great. We came off a cruise ship earlier in the day and they were able to get us into our rooms early. It really made it easy to get settled and getting us out to see the city. Staff also could help us with getting a transport to the airport the next day.」

「Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」

「Great stay and location」

「Sound proof needs to be improved between the rooms, very good hotel everything is nearby」

「Thr staff is great. I would definitely stay again Great location, and great staff The master suite is great」

They seem like they were last cleaned in the 1970’s. The rooms feature black mold in the bathrooms, disgustingly filthy floors and carpeting, the strong, strong smell of years of smoking, dark and dimly lit, and full of rotting wood and damage. And the bed sags in the middle and did not even come with a top sheet,...

「Love this hotel. Great location and close to everything. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are small but still great. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend」

「Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated that they upgraded our room to a better one, which was a nice gesture. The location is excellent—very close to Istiklal Street, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast was disappointing, with a limited variety of food. The breakfast area was quite small,...

「Great location for a solo trip to Istanbul. The area felt safe, and everything I wanted to see was within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, professional and breakfast was good, especially with the amazing view. I would definitely stay here again.」
