“Absolute nightmare is the only description I can give and I would apologise for not being professional as a seasoned traveller but I WONT !
• No towels provided without virtually having to beg for them .
• Tiles broken in shower cubicle.
• Dirty mattresses.
• Air con not working.
• Lift, only space for one person and a suitcase.
• Staff simply unwilling to help.
This hotel should not be on your site and travellers need to be aware.”

“Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people.
One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.”
