Reasonable and comfort

Location is excellent. Close to Tramway and ferry pier, and only short walk to the main attractions of Ayasofia and Blue Mosque. Room size is rather big compared to other hotels of similar price. Room deco is a bit old and the style may not be liked by everybody, but I have no complaint on the overall cleanliness and comfort.

The staff is superb here. Very helpful, humble, understanding, friendly. I would give 10 stars. The breakfast is very good with lots of options. The hotel is not wow but good and decent. The area around is very lively, full of shops, restaurants, and the tram station is 5 mins walk. All the historical attractions are within walkable distance. Hagia Sophia mosque is 10min walk from the hotel.

This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint yet again. It is a great hotel! Location is perfect, close to everything, only short walk to Bazaars, Sultanamet, gardens, Bosporus. Both train and tram nearby. While it is in the heart of everything it is very quiet. Lots of restaurants around the hotel too. Staff are amazing and so helpful. Breakfast has so much choice and was delicious. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

Ich habe 7 Nächte im Asur Hotel in Istanbul verbracht und war sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit, die Professionalität und die große Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Alles lief reibungslos ab und man fühlte sich bestens betreut. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und bot eine große Auswahl. Einzig ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre praktisch, aber dieser Wunsch wurde vom Service schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

O café da manhã é excelente. O atendimento é muito bom. Os móveis antigos estão castigados, alguns lascados, já na hora de trocar. Mas é um hotel localizado na melhor parte possível, próximo a restaurantes, atrações turísticas e estação de metrô. Gostei bastante.

Im März durfte ich gemeinsam mit meiner Mutter und Schwester eine unvergessliche Woche im Hotel Asur verbringen – und ich kann mit voller Überzeugung sagen: Es war einfach perfekt! Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns nicht wie Gäste, sondern wie ein Teil einer liebevollen Familie. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit – ganz gleich, ob beim Frühstück, an der Rezeption oder zwischendurch für einen kurzen Plausch. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Sorgfalt gearbeitet wird. Besonders die Atmosphäre im Hotel hat uns tief berührt: Es war warm, einladend und voller Menschlichkeit – wir haben uns wirklich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist zudem unschlagbar – zentral, ruhig und ideal, um Istanbul zu Fuß zu erkunden. Für uns steht fest: Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Istanbul reisen, gibt es keine Alternative – wir werden ganz sicher wieder das Hotel Asur buchen. Von Herzen danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit!
