「The room itself is nicely decorated. The hotel is located in the heart of taksim. Yet there’s many pubs nearby which make it quite dirty and noisy at night. Staff is not quite helpful. We asked one if the staff to make a reservation for a table of a restaurant but they never get back to us. On the day we left we asked the staff to book a taxi to the airport. At first the staff said the Taxi will arrive in 10-20mins. After 30 mins they said the Taxi is not coming and asked us to get the...

「Out of all the hotel staff I’ve met during my travels, he was by far the kindest. Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment. From before the trip, throughout our stay, and even after we checked out, he went above and beyond to help us with every little detail. 「Property was clean and in a quiet location even though it was across from the hospital. It was great to have a roof terrace. If you were staying for a week or more you should know that the main shower is in need of repair, access to parts of the wardrobes is limited. All in all we had great time.」
