“Overall Pleasant Stay with Excellent Atmosphere and Strong Customer Service We stayed at Rixos Tersana Istanbul for seven nights in a Premium Room with a partial river view. Overall, it was a pleasant and positive experience. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and generally clean. However, housekeeping could improve, especially when it comes to deeper cleaning of the toilets. Given the high room rate, we expected a slightly more luxurious in-room experience. “Near by metro”

“Team were positive and reactive. Property was new so its equipment and furniture. The brands are from a a famous supplier such as Bosch. There is not food court to serve breakfast. Communication between reception staff is poor. To adjust AC in your room, you need to call the reception to adjust it remotely. They are very strict when it comes to evict the property at 12pm. They did not agree tpo extend our stay by 1 Hr. although we stayed there for 10 days.”

“Quel endroit incroyable, une maison de charme dans le quartier des arts…. Un vrai bonheur, à deux minutes à pieds des transports, des commerces a 40 mètres…. Proche de toutes commodités. Par ailleurs la maison peut accueillir une famille entière, internet à disposition de tous, un billard …. La maison est Vraiment tout confort…. Nous avons adoré, les enfants veulent y retourner….voilà que dire de plus … un propriétaire en Or brut qui est disponible 24h/24…. Gentil, attentionné et efficace,……

“It's more like a hostel than a hotel. There is a microwave in the room which is very useful, but the mugs are cracked though still could be used. The room cleaning was quite random, new towels were replaced but the old ones were not collected. One of the clean towels was stained, probably that didn't get noticed after laundry. The free parking was a real bonus. ”

“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. ”

“Great room, location and the hotel staff are extremely friendly. The only slight drawback was traffic noise which comes with the territory and fairly easy to get used to after a while. Top notch!”
