「Es war meine 2 mal. Sehr gut」

「Nice place , great location Excellent Breakfasts」

「The staff members were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make getting around Istanbul easy and stress-free. Their kindness, local knowledge, and willingness to assist whenever needed made a real difference to my stay. They are the best!」

「Room was spacious. You could see the Bosphorus from one of the windows. Tram station was 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. Area does get quiet after 9pm. Staff was very helpful in arranging transport from and to the airport as well. We did encounter some problems with the toilet, but the staff was quick to fix it.」

「the staff the hotel is Excellent」

Man...

「A great option for staying in Istanbul. Nearby Transit, 15-20 minutes walk to Blue mosque. Available luggage lock room in addition to safe box. Good breakfast to start the day. Very helpful staff, Ali stands on top」

「The breakfast was on point. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was clean. I did not meet the manager due to my short stay, Sefa was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I had a wonderful stay. She even had breakfast sandwiches for me and my friends who were staying at another hotel. Her communication and follow-up was impeccable. Kudos to the drivers for our transfers and on time departure. Thank you. The hotel is situated in the middle of...

「Very clean room. They clean every rooms daily basis. Good breakfast. Friendly staffs.」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, from the quality of the rooms to the cleanliness and service. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!」

「Positive: The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was nice, the elevator worked well, and the hotel was close to sightseeing and shopping. The price was reasonable and it was a good option for a family stay. Negative / Needs Improvement: The shower room was small, and the drain was blocked. The bathroom faucet was leaking. The beds were somewhat dirty, although the covers were clean. There was also no table or chair in the room.」
