「It was my son’s birthday during our visit, and Meryem (Guest Relations) organised a surprise birthday celebration for him. We were having breakfast as normal, and as we were finishing up, we were astonished to hear a loud chanting of "Happy Birthday to you!" coming from behind us. We turned around and saw all the hotel staff walking in a procession, singing and whistling - even the kitchen staff!
