The location is absolutely perfect! In a luxurious street close to Galata and Karaköy. The hotel room itself was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was also good. Now to the more unfortunate part; there was no room service for five days. We requested more toilet paper and shower gel, and got told no by the receptionist. Another receptionist said yes. We also requested to pre-book a taxi to a huge event we where attending, and the same receptionist refused to pre-book resulting in us having to pay an unnecessary high price. They also never say good morning, hello or anything else. On arrival the receptionist was sleeping. This hotel could be 5/5 if the personell would just be a bit more serviceminded.

Great staff,any minor problems were take care of immediately. Breakfast buffet is the perfect start to get you through the better part of the day. Unfortunately the rooftop is presently closed for renos, mind you only one day out of my week it warm enough. Location couldn't be better...older part of town near the bridge and transit essy to walk anywhere...so much better than all the plastic surgery victims staggering around the 5th avenue /hugo boss area up higher.
